Preparation & Cleaning
Begin by thoroughly cleaning your teeth, then use the Naturawhite shade chart to record your initial tooth shade for reference.

Activation with light
Insert the Naturashield and relax your jaw. Activate the whitening process using the 85-watt Diamond Bright Light. The gel molecules are triggered by heat and light, creating oxidation that breaks down the protein surrounding stains and lifts them for a visibly brighter smile.

Apply the Whitening Gel
Apply the UK-compliant BluForsa gel evenly to both the upper and lower surfaces of the Naturashield. This non-peroxide cosmetic whitening gel is fully approved for safe, at-home use.

Clean & repeat
After the 15-minute session the light will turn off automatically. Expel any remaining product into the disposal bag and clean the gum shield with a tissue. You may then repeat the process, starting again from Step 2.

Activation Spray
Place the Naturawipe over your finger, spray with Naturawhite’s activation spray, and gently polish the teeth to ensure the product is evenly distributed across the visible smile area.
